Integrative Coaching

I served for 13 years in the Armed Forces as a Sergeant in the Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps (QARANC), working in military hospitals in the UK and overseas, including a six-month deployment to Bosnia. I supported both in-patients and out-patients through recovery, illness, and significant life challenges, with a strong focus on wellbeing & recovery. This background continues to influence the way I support people with care and understanding today.

I am an ICF-accredited Integrative Coach with an additional certificate in Stress & Wellbeing. My coaching experience includes supporting people with relationship difficulties, such as unhelpful thought patterns with partners, communication challenges, and feelings of distance or complacency within long-term relationships.

A key area of my work is supporting people to change their relationship with alcohol. I have extensive experience working with individuals who are taking a break from drinking, using alcohol to help with sleep, self-medicating due to low mood or depression, drinking through loneliness, or using alcohol as a way to numb or switch off. This work is practical, supportive, and tailored to each individual.

I also work using Emotional Centered Therapy, which supports people to better understand and regulate emotional responses. This approach uses guided visualisation techniques to help reduce emotional overwhelm, address unwanted thought patterns, and support emotional balance, particularly where emotions are driving habits or behaviours.

Integrative coaching is not counselling or therapy. It is a structured, practical approach that focuses on the present and supports people to make changes in a way that feels manageable and appropriate for them.

I offer one-to-one sessions that combine structured support with practical strategies for change. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, work-related stress, or habitual behaviours around alcohol and other habits, we will work together to find an approach that fits you and your lifestyle.

One-to-one coaching sessions are offered at £65 per hour, with longer-term coaching packages available for those who prefer a more cost-effective option.
